How data gets into the dashboard. Only the first is ready at the moment, and it covers everything you need for a monthly review.
Put the source and the month in every filename — that’s how files land in the right place. Examples:
orders-June-2026.csv ·
Meta-paid-June-2026-Campaigns.csv ·
Meta-free-June-2026-Insights.csv ·
GSC-Pages-Zip-June-2026-Coverage.zip
Step 1 — download last month’s files from each tool (guide below). Set every tool’s date range to last month before downloading.
Step 2 — drop all the files onto the single upload box above. The dashboard works out what each file is and which month it belongs to.
Step 3 — type in the few manual numbers, save, and download your backup.
Want history from day one? Download April’s and May’s files too — put the month in every filename — and drop everything in one go.
Same browser as last time: your data is already here. Just upload this month's files above and add the manual numbers.
New computer or browser: bring your data back first —
Without your backup file, previous months can’t be recovered — download a fresh backup after every month.
Everything is processed on this computer only — files are never sent anywhere, and customer emails are scrambled (hashed) before anything is saved.
Numbers with no download route — read them off the screen once a month and type them here. Skip any that don’t apply to your centre.
Search your centre’s name on Google while signed in as the profile manager → Performance. Set the date range to the reporting month (e.g. 1–30 June) using the month selector at the top, then copy these numbers:
When everything is uploaded and saved, run the checks — they confirm each file was read properly for the month selected above. If a website URL is set below, the run also crawls the site (up to 20 pages) and checks SEO best practice: title lengths, noindex tags, canonicals, H1s and heading order, broken internal links and more. Results appear in Technical & Health, with the top items in Priorities.
Note: if the browser can’t read the site directly, the SEO check fetches your public pages via a free public relay (allorigins.win) — only public page addresses are sent, never your data.
Some sites block automated reads. If nothing appears, run a free Bing Webmaster Tools Site Scan and drop its CSV export onto the upload box above — the dashboard reads it and fills in Website SEO checks (Technical & Health).
Uploads are remembered in this browser on this computer. Download a backup after each month’s uploads and keep it somewhere safe (or email it to whoever coordinates centres) — restoring brings everything back on a new computer or after a cleared browser.
✓ DoneIf this browser is showing data you don't recognise, or numbers that look stuck, download a backup first if you can, then reset — this clears everything stored on this device only. It never touches any other browser or device.
Shown in the dashboard header. Set once.
✓ SavedWithout a target, pace is judged against the median of your own last 3+ similar past events — useful, but it takes a while to build and treats every course the same. Set a target here (e.g. "Day Course" → 40) and any upcoming event whose name contains that text is judged against it instead — including before you have 3 past events to compare with.
Adds a password screen when this dashboard is opened, to keep casual eyes off the numbers on a shared computer. Once set, a Lock dashboard button appears in the header so you can re-lock it when you step away.
Be clear about what this is: a light lock, not encryption, and not an account. It only guards this copy of the dashboard in this browser — someone technical with access to this computer could still reach the data. Don’t rely on it for anything sensitive.
✓ SavedEach source below is a one-time job: get an account, get yourself access, and find where its export button lives. Open one to see exactly what to do. Tick it off when it's done — the ticks are just your own record, saved in this browser.
This dashboard has no server and never signs in to anything on your behalf, so there's nothing to “connect” in the usual sense. Once a source is set up, you download its file each month and drop it on the upload box in Manual monthly upload. All of these are free.
