Standard setup checklist — the same for every centre

Not data — one-time improvements worth passing to whoever manages your website. Each unlocks better tracking or free visibility.

One-time setup per page type — a job for the website developer, not the centre manager.

Start here — once a month, about 15 minutes

1. Set the month below to last month (the month the reports cover).

2. Work down the list. Each box says exactly where to click in each tool and what to download — no setup needed. Then drop the downloaded file on the box (or click the box to choose it).

3. Fill in the few manual numbers at the bottom and press Save. The other tabs build themselves from what you upload.

First time here? Load three months of history in one sitting — it makes the trends and event totals work from day one. Set the month to April, upload April’s files, switch to May, upload May’s, then June. Each tool lets you pick the date range when exporting, so name the files clearly (e.g. orders-2026-04.csv) as you download them.

Everything is processed on this computer only — files are never sent anywhere, and customer emails are scrambled (hashed) before anything is saved. Skip any tool your centre doesn’t use; that section simply stays blank.

Manual entries

Numbers with no download route — read them off the screen once a month and type them here. Skip any that don’t apply to your centre.

Google Business Profile

Search your centre’s name on Google while signed in as the profile manager → Performance. Set the date range to the reporting month (e.g. 1–30 June) using the month selector at the top, then copy these numbers:

Access — optional password

Adds a password screen when this dashboard is opened, to keep casual eyes off the numbers on a shared computer. Be aware of what it is: a light lock, not encryption — someone technical with access to this computer could still reach the data. Don’t rely on it for anything sensitive.

Backup & restore

Uploads are remembered in this browser on this computer. Download a backup after each month’s uploads and keep it somewhere safe (or email it to whoever coordinates centres) — restoring brings everything back on a new computer or after a cleared browser.
